Q. I’m ready to place my order. How do I pay?
A. You have several payment options.
1. Credit Cards: We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
2. Checks / Cash / Money Orders: Checks and Money Orders should be made payable to “Supermarket Source” and all funds should be in USD. Please send payment to: Supermarket Source, 2500 W 84 Street, Ste. #3, Hialeah, FL 33016. Please make sure to reference your Order number on the check. Post Dated checks will not be accepted. Checks returned for insufficient or uncollected funds are subject to penalty fees. Please note that no order can be shipped until full payment is received.
3. Wire Transfer: For our international customers we offer the ease of payment via wire transfer. Contact us for further information. Please note that no order can be shipped until payment is received.
Q. How does my order ship?
A. Your order is shipped via UPS whenever possible. If your order should exceed UPS size and weight limitations, we will make arrangements for it to ship via “Common Carrier”. Rush Shipments are available by request at an additional charge. Contact us directly for special shipping arrangements.
Q. Are shipping charges included in the selling price?
A. Shipping and Handling fees are not included in our prices. The shipping charges are based on the weights and dimensions of the items as well as the ship to location.
Q. Is there a minimum order?
A. There are no minimums. Want 24 or 2400? We will ship full container loads or break boxes to get you the exact quantity you want. You’ll never end up with too much or too little of anything you need.
Q. Once I place my order, how long before it ships?
A. Any items in stock generally ship within 48 hours. We will contact you with an exact shipping schedule once the order has been processed.
Q. The shipment arrived damaged or the incorrect item was shipped. How is it resolved?
A. We offer you 100% Satisfaction. If for any reason, any of our products or services do not meet your expectations please contact us and we will work quickly towards a resolution.
All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number, returns will not be accepted without one. Just contact our Customer Service Department within 14 days of your original purchase, for your Return Authorization Number and Shipping Instructions.
Q. Do you ship outside of the United States?
A. Yes. We have a large clientele based in the Caribbean and Latin America. We can either ship directly to your country of choice or we can ship to your Freight Forwarder. Please contact us regarding special shipping instructions.
Q. Is my order taxable?
A. Florida residents will be charged local sales tax. International customers will be responsible for all duty and customs charges when shipping overseas.

A. U.S. Dollars.

A. We review and update all information listed on the website carefully, however errors do occur, so we reserve the right to change the pricing or description without notice.
